TRAVELIER’s interventionalists have the capability to perform the gamut of procedures including: biopsies, drainages, emergent and elective embolizations, musculoskeletal interventions such as vertebral augmentation, nerve ablations, SI joint fusion, bone and solid organ tumor ablation, oncologic interventions, women’s and men’s health interventions (uterine fibroid embolizations, prostate embolization, gonadal vein embolization), chronic venous insufficiency treatments, deep vein interventions such as iliac stenting and iliocaval reconstruction and endovascular interventions for critical limb ischemia.

Ian J. Wilson, MD
Dr. Ian J. Wilson is a board-certified, fellowship-trained vascular/interventional radiologist and who was the founding member of Rochester Endovascular, PLLC, which was the first practice of its kind in the Rochester region dedicated to the treatment of patients with peripheral vascular disease in an office-based surgery setting. Prior to founding RĒVA, Dr. Wilson was a faculty member in the Department of Imaging Sciences at the University of Rochester for nearly a decade, dedicating significant professional time advancing local and regional endovascular care.
Dr. Wilson received his Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Xavier University of Louisiana in 1995 and his medical degree at the University of Rochester in 1999. He is a recipient of the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry’s Alumni Achievement Award and an Alumni inductee to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. As a transplant from Brooklyn, NY, Dr. Wilson is active in the Rochester community, having served on the Board of Managers of the Memorial Art Gallery, Foodlink and was recently voted to the Monroe Community Foundation Board of Directors. He is the founder of WALL\THERAPY, a globally renowned street-art festival in which internationally-acclaimed artists aim to inspire the Rochester, NY community through muralism. In February of 2021, Dr. Wilson joined the faculty and management team of Road2IR, the interventional radiology fellowship training program based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. He has a strong desire to see the specialty of interventional radiology evolve and meet needs here and abroad in a sustainable way for perpetuity.
J. Dana Dunleavy, MD
J. Dana Dunleavy grew up in a small rural NH town where he volunteered on a farm, delivered babies with his midwife Mom, and worked construction and carpentry with his Dad. After becoming President of the Student Government at Middlebury College while racing on the Alpine Ski Team, he graduated as an Independent Scholar of Neuroscience and proceeded to Johns Hopkins after medical school to complete residency and fellowship. Subsequently, Dr. Dunleavy worked as an Interventional Radiologist covering 6 small hospitals, before building an Interventional Radiology practice in the community outside Buffalo and becoming Vice Chair of the Pain Council for the Society of Interventional Radiology. After living in rural areas of Vermont and New Hampshire, Dr. Dunleavy is committed to providing stable and sustainable Interventional Radiology to underserved regions of America, which is unfortunately a growing problem.
Kavi Devulapalli, MD
Kavi Devulapalli is an independent interventional radiologist who contracts with multiple hospitals and outpatient based practices. His clinical interests include benign prostatic hyperplasia, uterine fibroids, venous disease and critical limb ischemia. He is one of a few interventional radiologists with significant experience performing prostate artery embolization in office interventional suites.
He graduated magna cum laude from Rice University. Subsequently, he underwent a combined medical and masters in public health program from Case Western Reserve University, where he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha honors society. Dr. Devulapalli completed a diagnostic radiology residency at the University of California San Francisco followed by a fellowship in vascular and interventional radiology at the University of North Carolina. He has published in the radiology literature and has been a speaker at regional, national and international educational meetings, though is perhaps best known for his popular blog Line Monkey MD which chronicles his scenic journey as an early career interventional radiologist. He is on the governing council of the Society of Interventional Radiology Early Career Section and is on the Annual Meeting Planning Committee for the Outpatient Endovascular and Interventional Society.
